Tonight I’m starting HERD: How to Change Mass behavior by Harnessing Our True Nature.

I’ve heard amazing things about this book so I’m hoping to have my mind blown. The quote on the front cover says that this book by Mark Earls is like Malcolm Gladwell on Speed. Hope so!
